Ok so i have to do a project for school and i have done alot of reaserch about how the girls in the media are fake, and unreal. Also i have learnt about how normal girls are thinking they are fat.

"50-70% of normal weight girls think their overwight."

I am one of the girls who think i am not skinny and what i dont get is, if we know that the media is fake why do we want to be like the girl in it so bad? Also how come i have lernt so much about girls, who are healthy thinking they are fat but it doesnt matter to me i still dont feel satified with how i look?

im a really confident when around people but i just hide how im actually feeling...
and what makes me soo mad is that i have always been agains being influenced by the media, how u look and your weight, but now i am falling for what i do not believe in and it makes me sad!

I'm not sure....

I guess our emotions to look a certain way overpower our mind that tells us not too.

Alot of people are influenced by magazines and media.

But the reality is, honey, no one looks like that. Not even the models themselves.

Its hard to accept that fact. I think alot of people have a difficult time with it. It's okay, you're not the only one (:
