Medela swing pump problem?

i think i got the motor clogged when i have everything hooked up it does not have any air going in or out. i tired everything in the book to trouble shoot it but when i try to clean it out it wont take any water. has this ever happened to anyone? what should i do ?
 
Call the medela hotline , you can google it . There is a long process they will walk you through it sound s like you got milk in the motor.
