Medal of Honor Frontline on XBOX 360 split screen problems?

I bought Medal of Honor Frontline that is on the original Xbox and have been playing it on the Xbox 360. When I play it on the Xbox 360 (2 player) the bottom portion of the split screen doesn't draw right it is basically almost all grayed out. I tried downloading the latest backwards compatibility software and even exchanged the game for a different copy. Has anyone else had this problem?
