Mechanics only, Help with Chevy Pickup.......?

I am thinking about purchasing a 1993 Chevy 1500 Truck Z71, for 2600. It has only had two owners and has been garaged, but it has 200k miles on it. They have all the maintenence records on it since it was first purchased and within the past month they had all new parts put on
* New Altenator
* New Radiator
* New Water Pump
* New U-Joints
* Rebuilt Brakes
* Rebuilt Front-End with New Front-End Alignment


so people with experience, is the 200k miles something i need to stay away from? or should i go ahead and maek the deal?
 
To be honest I wouldn't trust a16 year old chevy engine with that many miles on it. You will be in need of a rebuild very soon If you want to keep that engine.

Also think about it, why do you think they had to replace all of these parts? because at this mileage level parts start to go bad. And there will be more.

Maybe try finding one with a bit less miles.
