Hi, I don't really cook meat, but I bought some chicken drumsticks for my husband and I and I was just wondering how long do I refrigerate them after there frozen to thaw? and I only plan on baking them in the oven, useing chicken spice, please tell me what to set the oven at and how long to cook them for and also how much seasoning should I put on or add to make it not stick so much to the pan. thank you
