Meanspirited pretentious idiot characters...

No, she thinks other people shouldn't have a high opinion of themselves and that vegan thing she did was on one episode.
 
^I think when someone does anything out of the norm it is viewed as pretentious even if they're not, as everyone always immediately feels, "what, you're better than me?"
 
Well if it's such a retarded thread, you're posting here aren't you so I guess that makes you retarded like the rest of us. And if the thread is "retarded" , I suppose I'd better just rudely abandon it and leave all the questions that arose out of it unanswered, cuz, you know, the thread "sucks" I guess so we'd better move on. Yeah, that's it. And the only thing I misspelled was a name or two if I'm not mistaken. :shrug: Excuse me for not being obsessed with spelling.




That's the thing, pretentious people/characters ARE arrogant and they DO think they're better than you. That is why I hate them. They're not better than other people/characters. They just assume they are, cuz they have unrealistic expectations of other people/characters.



She just strikes me as a tad bit self-absorbed compared to the other characters, and selfishness, to me, is a sign of ignorance. But that's just me. I happen to view altruism as very intelligent.

Martin Mystery:

And some may be wondering why I chose Diana from Martin Mystery. Well that should be obvious. Martin is certainly not as smart as her and is definitely a dumbass at times, but the way she treats Martin is like a punching bag, when on certain episodes she can act like just as much of a dumbass as Martin does, particularly when she's ill informed about things. Well you might be asking me "Well what about Mom, isn't she pretentious too?" The answer to that is no. Sure Mom can act like a jerk, but that's only because she has to put up with Martin's occasional childishness and all the bickering he does with Diana. Mom is clearly more intelligent than both Martin and Diana, and she's got an entire operation to run, so she's got a lot on her plate, and all that work would clearly make a person short on temper. Diana on the other hand sort of acts like a spoiled brat compared to Mom. Mom is running an organization whereas all Diana has to worry about is boys and good grades, and maybe occasionally being in danger, much like Java and Martin. Bottom line: Mom has real responsibility to be pissed off about, whereas the only thing that seems to piss Diana off is shallow, petty, and adversarial things.

Or at least that's my impression of it

Just because you (Neji) think everything is set up by destiny doesn't mean you have to beat your own sister to a bloody pulp just to "show her" that's what you believe, all while belittling her existence and values. No wonder Naruto beat the crap out of him.
 
I know a few that are mean-spirited idiot characters:

Montana Max(Tiny Toons) - He's so a rotten brat who's always evil/selfish/devious but can be dumb sometimes.
Mr.Bighead(Rocko's Modern Life) - He's one of the many mean jerkoff neighbors of the day who thinks he's smart, but can be dumb like on the episode "Canned" when he tried those inventions that cracked me up in tears.
Timmy/Vicky/Mr. Crocker(FOP) - All three of those jerks are always mean-spirited/selfish/self-centered, but they can be really stupid at times.
Ren Hoek(R&S) - He's always mean-spirited/selfish/cruel towards poor Stimpy whether thinks he's so smart, but can be such an idiot at times because he's funny & the best.
Homer Simpson(Simpsons) - He may be a good father towards his kids but he's always mean-spirited/selfish/insensitive at times if he thinks he's smart, but he's really stupid which makes him funny.
Eric Cartman(South Park) - He's always so mean-spirited towards his friends even poor Butters who thinks he's cool and better than anybody else, but he's a total idiot most of the time which makes him the funniest.
Peter Griffin(Family Guy) - He's so the worst father in the world who's always mean-spirited/selfish/cruel towards his family & Joe and is so the biggest idiot in the world, but hilarious.
No.4/Wally(Codename:KND) - He can be mean-spirited/hotheaded/annoying at times whether he wants to be the best, but he's so the biggest idiot when he's too afraid to tell that he likes No.3/Kuki.
Bloo(FHFIFs) - He's always so mean-spirited/selfish/insensitive towards his friends thinking he's better & smarter which that he's the biggest moron ever.
Invader ZIM(IZ) - He may be mean-spirited towards GIR on taking over Earth, but he's so the biggest idiot sometimes and he's funny.
Master Shake(ATHF) - He's always so mean-spirited towards Meatwad & Ezekial on making trouble at times, but he's the biggest moron on causing havoc which makes him hilarious.
Team Rocket(Pokemon) - They may be mean-spirited/selfish when it comes to catching Pikachu & other pokemon, but they're always the biggest idiots by always losing & coming up with lame plans.
Chazz Princeton(YGO! GX) - He may be mean-spirited and thinks that he's better than everybody else in Duel Academy, but sometimes he's the biggest idiot ever on being a loser to Jaden.

I'm so sorry, Delia which I'm be sure to do it on any list thread by explaining why I picked that character.
 
That was just one episode, in which she was making fun of your typical PETA protester.

That was the point of the entire episode, actually. Making fun of PETA.
