I'm glad it did well on the weekend. I haven't seen it yet, but I might go with my sis when she gets home from college next weekend.

Hey all!

My sister got this on DVD for her birthday near the beginning of the month and we watched it together. It was the first time I saw it (she saw it in the theatres) and I really liked it.

It was definitely something for me to see Lindsay Lohan all grown up, as I'm used to seeing and watching her in The Parent Trap.

I was also impressed with a couple of the other actresses - Lacey Chabert, who made me tilt my head at the TV a few times because her hair threw me off (I haven't seen her in a while and I mostly know her as Penny in Lost In Space, so I guess I'm out of the Lacey loop :P) and Rachel McAdams, who I have never seen before but really enjoyed her performance as Regina.

All in all, I agree with XxDreamer - good movie, with good laughs and a good cast. :)

Wooo! i cannot get through a day! without quoting Mean Girls! seriously! love it sooo much!

oh don't worry, that won't be the actual price, at walmart and target you'll be able to get it for like 15 dollars or 20 dollars,.... thats just the marked up priced thing

"People think I'm lying about being a virgin because I use super jumbo tampons, but I can't help it if I have a heavy flow and a wide set vagina"

:lmao: :lmao: man I love this movie.

Wow - that is suprisingly pricey. I'm sure it will be available for lower initially and I know there are a lot of features but still!

Randomly bumping this up to say it's one of my favorite movies because of how amazingly quoteable it is:

"Cause she's a life ruiner. She ruins peoples lives".

this dvd will be mine, on the day it comes out

Don't piss them off! The breakout hit of the year, the Mean Girls are going to hit DVD on September 21st, so hide your burn books. Paramount Home Entertainment will give this $85 million hit the special edition treatment, complete with anamorphic widescreen transfer, Dolby Digital 5.1 surround track, audio commentary with director Mark Waters and writer Tina Fey, featurettes, deleted scenes and the theatrical trailer. Retail will cost you $29.95.

I am obsessed with this move :in_love: It is so sad because I can quote every single quote!

Those scenes where they showed various ppl talking to Lindsay at school telling her stuff when she first arrived had me laughing the hardest. I'd need to watch again and again when the DVD comes out cuz I was sure I missed some stuff due to laughing.

saw it and LOVED it!!! i was a HUGE snl buff and enjoyed seeing all the cast members! but where was jimmy fallon? ill have to see this movie again.
