Mean Girls 2: The Sequel

Oh dear god i hope not lol. The first one was good...why do they feel the need to make more than one (if this is true) I know it's to make money but you can have too much of a good thing.:(

She won't. It's straight to DVD rubbish, like Bring It On Again was.

And apart from not having LinRABay when it was worth her being in your film, they won't get Tina Fey's wonderful writing (or Rachel McAdams for that matter!).

It'll happen, but I wouldn't worry about it.

Errr...the report on that link was from August 2008...?

Straight to video, no-budget sequels involving none of the original cast have been around for a good few years now...they make money simply on the recognition factor alone.

There have been numerous American Pie sequels, and even TV series.

Dear god, No!

How many more typical American Teenage sh*t must we endure?
Over the last few years the world has been flooded with them. "Movies" like this and "Hannah Montana" make me want to vomit.

I loved Mean Girls. :o Would I want to see Mean Girls 2? No. But if they could do a Romy and Michelle 2 that would be different. I've just read on IMDB that they did do a Romy and Michelle 2 (well, prequel), with Kelly Brook! I take that last comment back.

No way will the srqual match up the the original masterpiece, LinRABay Lohan & Rachel McAdams made that film.

'If your from Africa.. Why are you White?'

Lol
lol :)

It's an insult to the underrated original. Don't bother hunting it down.

The made-for-tv sequel stars Katherine Heigl of Grey's Anatomy fame. It's awful and they mixed up the characters. For example, Katherine does an good impression of Lisa Kudrow's Michele......the problem is that she's supposed to be playing Romy.

It's supposed to have the same writer and director of the original too, so how does a mistake like that happen?

:eek:it's worse than I thought it was going to be, a lot, lot worse.

It's a shame they've done that and it's hard to believe that the same writer was involved with this film. It would've been great if Sorvino and Kudrow could do another one but the chances of that now look very remote.
