My oven SUCKS. it's pretty much broken. I am moving in a month, so in the meantime I mostly just have a microwave...a really good one.
What are some dinners I can cook in the microwave? Other than TV dinners, of course.
I made cheese enchiladas in the microwave a week ago and they were really good.
Any ideas?
