Before I get into the details let me explain a little about my background. I'm a single child brought up in a strict family. Strict in educational values and strict in religious values. Nothing less than a doctor or engineer is what my family expects of me. Anyhow, I currently told them I plan on being a pharmacist in college. This may sound way out of line but my goal in life is to go to the olympics and compete in either freestyle or greco roman wrestling. I don't care about other people's opinions of how impossible it is, it's a goal I want to and will accomplish if I set my mind to it. The deal is, how can I follow my dreams of making it to the olympics? I want to be the best I can be, but what's it take? What can I do to make my peers such as my family members support me and believe in me instead of rejecting and laughing at my ideas and telling me to hit the books. Sure, I'll hit the books, but after I accomplish my goal. The way I see it it's my life and this is something I feel I need to do. Thanks for the advice you offer in advance, peace.
