I've been wanting to upgrade my cpu for a while now. I'm stuck between an Anthlon Dual Core and a Phenom Quad Core. I know the Athlon will work with out any problem. I know AM3 CPUs are compatible with AM2 mobos. But I don't know if the bios will support it. I have, however, read that some other people have done it. I want to know for sure. Is it possible? Have you done it?
