McG: "No more Charlie's Angels films"

Thank goodness! First one was good. The second one (which McG directed if I remember well) had NO STORY. It was a collection of pumped up music videos that would only appeal to biker teens with an attention spell of a gnat.

After the barely watchable original and the frankly downright God-awful second one, I can only say.... GREAT!

To be fair to McG, the first had a brilliantly realised fight scene between the girls and the Thin Man played by the absolutely wonderful character actor Crispin Glover all to the soundtrack of The Prodigy's Smack my Bitch Up .

AWWW! I love those films, sure they're loud and dumb and full of action with SOME story but they're fun. That's a shame. Perhaps they can reboot it with a new lien up down the line. Why not? Everything's getting rebooted!
