i ordered a chocolate milkshake and it tatsed funny (i have a few sips) so i took it back, and they said they shouldnt be serving it because its gone off...
can it make me ill??
 
very doubtful

deliberate sabatoge --only real possibility ( and thats far fetched) could result in stomach flu
 
If you only had a few sips,I wouldn't expect so.

Did you have a witness?McDs are very aware of possible litigation.

Hope they gave you a lot to make up for this mistake,gal?

Goodwill is important to them.

Hope doesn't spoil the rest of your day,but if you ARE ill'do contact them.After all,a wee child might just have consumed this without knowing......x
 
Wow. If they knew they shouldn't be serving it beforehand, then you should get that person to swear a statement to that effect, and find a lawer that is suit happy.
 
Hi:

It might give your the runs or an upset stomach.
I just don't understand why they don't check that out a few times a day.
