I have a question, I went to an open interview for McDonald's close my university, looking for management experience, I interviewed for a management experience. The restaurant manager said she doesn't normally hire managers on right off the street, but she said she would do it since I had a little shift management experience. I have a question though, she offered me some type of "fast-track" deal whereby I get to spend 30 days learning all the stations..at an increased of over a dollar more than the standard crew, than after I learn all the stations I start take basic shift management classes and my pay will increase accordingly. My question is this how it's generally done when you come to McDonald's as a manager, do they usually start you off on some track similar to mine?
