McDonalds complaint............................?

Everytime I go to Mcdonalds in my area, the service is sooo horrible. The people working there could barely speak any English. They never get the order right. They dont put ketchep or sauce in the bag. Theyre most likely illegal aliens. Why cant they hire better people for better service!!!
I tell them loud and clear what my order is and they cant understand!!
I was standing there waiting for 10 and 20 minutes
