Sec of State?Does anyone else feel a bit.....duped...by McCain? He has spent more time in Obama and Clinton snuggle fests that he did actually campaigning hard against them. This is not sour grapes at a loss.....I really want to know....does anyone else out there question which side of the bread his butter is on? For someone who waisted millions and got beat, he seems pretty...cozy.

Well....what did you want him to do?Go wa wa wa all the way home like little miss piggy?I'm sure he is happy to be done campaigning and on the road all the time.He probably wants to sit back and relax.

I am guessing you missed Sen. McCain's speech on election night. He not only pledged to support Obama, he pledged to help Obama and called upon all Americans to do the same.Barry Goldwater would have done the same.

As a Republican I agree with you, whether you are a rep or a dem I don't know, but McCain has always been somewhat cozy with many Democrats, thats why most republicans didn't want him to be their candidate, only when he added a true conservative like Palin did he start getting the support from the Hard Right...you are correct, he spent tons of money, but if you look at his record, he's more of a maverick (moderate) than Dem's made him out to be...

I have always thought of McCain as a RHINO - and he was always a bit too liberal for my taste but still better than the alternative that we are now stuck with.It doesn't surprise me at all - he was always a bit of a libbie butt-kisser.

No he was trying to be a fair and balanced communicator that was all and it came back to bite him in his McCain

You were duped? Have you ever studied McCains voting record? He's a republicrat- a republican who votes like a democrat. He is the reason many republicans didn't even show at the polls.

I don't mean to be rude but just a bit more research McCain campaigned hard against Obama even tried some low blow tactics Example. Stating that Obama wants to be president for the fame and money. McCain also lied about some things in iraq but i wont spoil it for u just do a bit more research and find out.

I said from the beginning that McCain was in the race to help Obama win the election. I voted for Sarah, but couldn't help but wonder if McCain would apologize to Obama if he and Sarah had actually won the race.

haha u no he had a sex tape...watched it on cnn todayhttp://au.youtube.com/watch?v=aqoK9nvYUyg&feature=related

He did what REAL Republicans always do...like Goldwater (my hero)...he put America ahead of his own interests. That is why Goldwater was a great man...and why I was a Republican, until the Ray-Gun Neocons pushed their fundamentalist agenda down our throats. The last real Republican to run was the man who said this..."We can disagree without being disagreeable." - The late Senator and Major General Barry Goldwater....of course, most of you children who now call yourselves conservatives don't even know who Barry Goldwater, Sen. Ev Dirksen, or William F. Buckley were.

You're missing the whole point. It's about bipartisanship, not separation! You can't see the forest for the trees!! Wake the hell up and get with the program, because Obama, McCain, and the rest of America will leave you in the dust!!

Isn't this... AMAZING! Snugglefests? Are you KIDDING ME!? A couple of months ago people like you were defending McCain for how dirty he was in campaigning about Obama, but now you say a snugglefest? Lol... wow... just wow. This questions just made me lost any last drop of respect I have for you people... and by the way... it's called bi-partisanship... and that's what we are going to need if we are going to pick ourselves as a country.

I'm totally with 'BEZO' on this one ... at the end of the day, there's a country to run ... that's pretty much the point of having these folk in Washington doing what they're doing. The economy is way too far gone for these legislators to be sitting around worrying about what label's pinned to them ... whether it's Republican, Democrat... Liberal ... Progressive ... Conservative or whatever ... right now, all of these leaders need to get together ... hurry up ... and find a way to lead us right out of this mess! At the end of the day, I absolutely applaud McCain's actions!
