I am new to this and hope I can get some help. I have tried on Mephisto and MBT sandals for
men. I like them both. The MBT almost got rid of most of my back ache when walking in them for
a few minutes in the store. Then I put on the Mephisto which helped it more. That could of been
mental too, that the Mephisto took away the rest of the ache. It might of eased anyway after I
took off the MBT regardless of whether I put on the Mephisto's or not. MBT seem from what I
have learned to be more supportive to the body, joints, hips, legs, etc than Mephisto. This
assumptiion may or may not be true and I looking for any feedback about both of these shoes.
