I take it that you mean a cold air intake.
In which case I think not. Now a better intake filter yes.
You would do better (it is cheaper too) to build your own and build it so that you have a fresh air ram set up.
Now if you can find one that is above average (meaning a off the shelf unit that is both a ram and cool air set up) go for it. But most if not all of the after market units are only "cool air intake" systems.
