Ive always wanted a miata... but then realized i wanted a little bit more power, so i was focused on the RX-8. However from what i understand, the reviews say that the RX-8's engine is very fragile. With all this talk of delicacy, im starting to fray away from the car. Is this true that the engine is pretty unstable and in need of precise maintenance? If so.. has mazda done anything to prevent wear and tear?
