Mazda mx6 rear calipers?

i just put on my brand new rear calipers, i bled them, but my ebreak isn't working. i havent a clue why. i tighten it from the handle and still nothing and there is not adjuster by the calipers,,
even when u push the leaver on the caliper the dish still spins.. do i have to bead the ebreak or anything
please help me
