mazda mpv shaking at stop?

My mazda MPV 2004 shakes at a red light or stop sign. Here are a few details. 1. It does not do it when the engine is cold, I mean, it would only start doing it after a few minutes of driving especially in the morning. 2. It does not do it when the gear is on neutral (It is an automatic trans). 3. It shacks on reverse too. 4. It does not shack continuously: it would shack for 2-3 seconds and stops for a moment or two and shacks again, stops again may be longer stop and shacks again.

I would appreciate any help.
