MAZDA MIATA (fenders and bumbers)?

I have this wicked idea to buy a 1995 mazda mx-5 miata and buy 2008 bumpers and fenders to make it look new.. Is this possible at all? I really want a new one, but i just can't afford to go put out 20,000$
