check the fuel pump relay on it those things was bad to go out on those,i have had several of those in the shop for the same problem,most of the time its been the pump relay on them,mazda used a bosch relay and they last good but there's two parts of the relay ,and one is probably burnt out on yours,that will cause it not to get enough fuel to run on,good luck with it.
