mazda b2200 problem!!!!?

i think my clutch/transmission went bad. when i put it in gear with the clutch still pressed to the floor and i rev it, it makes this rele loud metal on metal noise. when i try to ease off the clutch and try to take off the same noise occurs. all gears make this noise idk what happened. it was working fine the other day
