...change settings. How do i fix? It worked good for one year. Then stopped. Half way through last summer it worked for 2 months. Now it not working again. I know i could hear a vent door when changing settings and it no longer does that. I think it may be stuck.

Try check got " loose" terminal connection on control panel and fuse box.
