Mazda 6 2008 5,000 Miles?

I'm shopping around for a car and I found a nice MAZDA 6 dark gray with 5000 miles, leather interior, looks pretty nice... for $10,800. The dealer guy told me that he bought it at the auctions....
So please any advise on this car?
