Mazda 3 vs. Mazda 6 Performance?

hello, I am looking into buying a Mazda 3 or a Mazda 6 and I look for performance, but money is pretty tight right now. So as base models, like the lowest powered engine (i believe the 153HP one for the 6) what are the average 0-60 times. So i can get an Idea of the difference. Please no V6 times from the Mazda 6! Thanks
Also will the wagon be an influence in speed? or is the sedan faster?
