Mazda 3 TPM question?

Are the tire pressure monitors in a 2008 Mazda 3 band or stem style? Also, does anyone know the relearn procedure for the TPMs
 
If the stem looks like it is bolted on then it is a stem type monitor. If it looks like a regular valve stem but tapered on the end that is also a stem type. If it has a regular valve stem then it is a band. Sorry there are so many different ways to reset so many different vehicles I can't tell you how to reset it, but it should only cost you about 5 dollars per wheel to have it done.
