Mazda 3 Bluetooth problem?

I have a new mazda 3 (2009 edition) and I connected my Nokia N73 to it via bluetooth, I can listen to mp3's on it and make/receive calls. But when I do make/receive calls I cant hear people talking to me from speakers but instead I hear them form my phone, but they can hear me speaking thru car's mike. I trued connecting another phone and it was the same with problem there. Can somebody help me solve that speakers problem?/
