The easiest way is to just let it sit for an hour or two - the fuel will eventually evaporate through the intake. Hold the throttle to the floor and crank it over - when it fires, release the throttle and you'll be good to go.
The fastest way and the biggest pain in the butt is to remove the plugs, hold the throttle to the floor (this cuts the fuel off during crank) and crank it over a few times - then clean the plugs, reinstall them and start it up.
