Wait until an staff member hops in. They're probably enjoying their weekend. Also, if the user list only shows you with an @ in front of your nick, make sure you're on the right server and channel.

Looks like it's only something staff can deal with then.
You might want to continue going to their IRC every now and again, and try to get in contact with one of the staff members.
