So when i got my bb and signed up for the data plan I was told by the sales rep that it was unlimited data; browser and email. However when i was in the store having them look at something on my phone I was told that the "unlimited" didn't really mean unlimited... whats the deal ?

Unlimited BB plan includes everything except MMS Messages and Voice Minutes.

As long as you are in the USA, otherwise there is roaming charges. By the way HEROES is the bomb.

US ArmyWife, depends on what you were thinking was unlimited. You said browser and email, and that is true, if you have an unlimited plan those are unlimited. As kpishdadi said, things like mms, sms are not unlimtied however.

The o2 UK unlimited plan has a "fair usage" limit of 75Mb a month, maybe its the same idea.

nah coz im on t-mo and I use anywhere between 120-170mb a month and its unlimited

Also check if your using your BlackBerry as a tethered modem. In Canada, I discovered that with Bell Mobility, unlimited data did not cover using the blackberry as a modem with a PC and it was a very expensive lesson.

I just got my pearl about a week ago and plan on using it as a modem for my laptop. It is my understanding that this is unlimited usage with the $19.99 TMO BB Data plan (USA). Does anyone else do this and know for sure?

if u get the unlimited txt pic package ur all covered i have the family one so its 20 for internet and 15 or 20 for unlimited messaging and i get no extra charges
