May a person with a level term life policy draw discounted proceeds if he is dying?

I purchased a term life policy with my wife as sole beneficiary. The policy had qualifiers should the insured died during the first two years of coverage, ie.. taking one's life, preexisting condition, etc. I was diagnosed with COPA (emphasema). so far I have lived 3+ years beyond the 2 year restrictions, and it appears that I'll hang in another couple of years. I believe that the insurance company will be bound to paay all prodeeds to my wife. TRUE??
Is there any company (for a discount) who will advance proceeds prior to my death (to wife)????
