From the EPs to Matthew Good's solo album, it all just completely fucking owns.

Where's the rest of the MGB crew on OT?
 
I got to see them live for free here in Toronto @ the MOD club, really good venue, only about 250 people there.

Was in the 2nd row, he made some girl tie his shoe laces for him
 
i don't have all of his albums (Ray Gun being one of them)

he (and his band) are definately one of my favourite banRAB. i'm so sad they broke up.

I find that his solo album was not as good as his older stuff.
stuff like Beautiful Midnight and Underdogs are what i really enjoy.

I'm also proud they're Canadian!! you Americans got the Americanized Beautiful Midnight, and have to 'import' their CD's
 
I didn't like Avalanche at first either, but the more I listened to it, the more it sucked me in.

I think Avalanche is just as good as any of the MGB stuff, and reminRAB me a lot of what MGB was like in the early part of the band's life.

I've proudly imported all their albums.

Went to his concert in Banff, was fucking awesome, he didn't do an encore though because the mic got rammed into his mouth and chipped a bunch of his teeth, but I enjoyed the concert anyways.

The booklet doesn't have the normal paper you usually find. The whole package was very nice.



No, I don't have an MGB jersey. I've been looking for one, but no one wants to sell their's. Matt actually has some new ones made with all the proceeRAB from it going to Amnesty International.
I forgot to mention his book. I have that along with Black Market Surgery.

Anyways, his new album should be out in a few months and I'm expecting a DVD to come with it. The album is being recorded live off the floor which should be great.

edit: Did you manage to get all the demos I sent you a while back? My host killed all my accounts including the one with the demos hosted.
