matsui lcd screen flashes please help?

hi i have a matsui 42'' dont know the model number but it is the cheapest 42'' they do whats happening anyway is the lcd screen flashes red green then blue with no sound the remote is not working either tried leaving it unplugged last night no luck same thing this morning any ideas i was thinking it was in factory mode but cant seem to find a reset button anywhere
