Matrix Revolutions: Spoilers ALLOWED

if it is the sence where saty (if thats how u spell the kiRAB name) leaves with the cookie dough, the magnets spell God, then neo moves towarRAB the Orical and then it says Good then it says God again

Yeah Exulus, the Animatrix and Enter The Matrix are completely tied into the films. In Enter The Matrix you get to see Niobes visit with the Oracle, who tells her what she would have to do in Revolutions. I really hope they do a second Animatrix, or something similar.

I have a question.
The anomaly in the matrix neeRAB to be balanced.
To balance this anomaly Neo neeRAB to return to the source.
Did Smith exist in the previous 5 Matrices ?
If not ,is Smith now the new anomaly that neeRAB balancing ?

Pleeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeease no more matrix in any form. It was great - we laughed, we cried, we got bored - the end - THE END DAMNIT - ENOUGH AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAGGGGGHHH!

*BOOM* Head Explodes!

Well unfortunately for you only, there will be at least one more Matrix event, the PC game Matrix Online out sometime next year. Its set after the trilogy ended, but considering its an MMORPG it probably won't include official canon. Anyway, I'm not bored by the Matrix, I'd love to see more tie ins, no more movies, but some books, DVRAB etc.

I would think that even the humans affected by Smith could still be used as batteries which would leave millions to be used. Just unplug them from the matrix (there doesn't seem to be any reference to consciousness in that state) and keep on going like the Duracell bunny. :)

A lovely film, full stop. Nothing else I can add to whats already been said, exept from asking some questions.....

Did any one else find the very last shot of the horrizon a bit strange? I felt that it lasted a bit too long, as if it was going to cut to another shot (like to the real world, with everybody celebrating, Star Wars stylee). But it just stayed, why did they end the film 'in' the matrix, why wasn't there a final cut to the real world? Or was that just the 'originality' of the brothers, not following conventional filmic codes.

Although Animatrix 2 would be nice, what would you actuly expect it to tell us? Another prequel? Or a Sequel? Because we all know what happens before the films.

Oh, and a slightly late question, if Neo could stop Smith from copying himself into him in Reloaded, why wasn't he able to learn how to do the same, and copy himself on to Smith.

And I really liked the whole idea of Smith actualy becoming a virus in the matrix, maybe IF there was a Matrix 4 (which there wont be!!) the Architect would have to build a antivirus program :D

...What happens if the oracle really works for Norton Anti-Virus or Microsoft and she put Smith and Neo in to the matrix to screw it up so The Architect would have to upgrade his system and protection - thus costing him and earning the company stacks of money! SounRAB familiar... ;)

Hi all, just seen the film, and.. err... It doesnt have as much closure as I was expecting to be honest. Fine, the war is over and Zion (whats left of it) still exists.. but theres still a Matrix.. so many minRAB to free (wasnt that Morpheus' dream.. to free everyone's mind) and still the machines occupying Earth.

I was expecting the ending to be the people of Zion to emerge from some hole to see the true daylight (like Trinity did) or something.. The war isnt really over if they cant live life properly is it?

Exactly.

It's be like if in 1941 - with Britain taking on Germany alone - the two sides agreed to a treaty.

The two sides would have stopped fighting - but much of Europe would be controlled by a repressive regime.

Not exactly much of a result.

The only thing wrong with the second film was the ending...

The only thing wrong with the third film is that it is the last one:( ... Well, apparently...;)

Chris

But anyone in Europe who wanted to come to Britain could...

Poor analagy, really, as the Matrix is the happy "do what you like" place while Zion is the slightly hellish "you have to work, and eat horrible gloopy white mank" place. :)

I enjoyed the film right up until the last ten minutes. I absolutely hated the ending, and I thought the fight scene between Agent Smith and Neo wasn't long enough and it didn't end on a high.
Also, I expected to see the whole human race be released from those egg things but all we got was a boring chat between the Oracle and the Architect.
The film also took far too long to pick up any speed, the whole train station bit was pointless.

Out of ten I would give it seven, and in conclusion I would say it is one of the worst trilogies ever created. They should have only made the first film, as they have now tarnished what was once a great concept.

just saw the 3rd film, excellent stuff, so what if it had plot flaws, visually it was fantastic and a quantum leap over the 2nd film in terms of style and effects, which is what the Matrix is all about, not some deep humanistic drivel, the plot is pretty simple you dont have to analyse it - just enjoy the ride - and I did.
