I have a test on percents and Im not getting it when I divide 9 divided by 15 Im getting 1 with remainder 6 .but it says the answer is 6
when i divided 123 by 820 I get 6 remainder 92 but they say the answer is 0.15 what am I doing wrong what steps do I need to take to get the correct answer .I must do this without a Calculator ulator any suggestions ?
