I have the following recipe to make oatmeal cookies:
* 1/4 cup sugar
* 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
* 1/2 cup margarine
* 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
* 48 grams of instant oatmeal
How many cups is 48 grams? Is that a quarter cup of oatmeal? Half cup? Full cup?? How much oatmeal do I use? (I know-48 grams) but I need to know how many cups is that?? 1/8 cup? I don't know-help!!! Thanks
