Match Point: Scarlett Johansson and Jonathan Rhys-Meyers (mild spoilers)

Surprising but well done. Because even if you saw it coming, it still hits you.

I loved that Chris was losing sleep and being all torn up, not because of what he did, but because of the possible consequences. But then of course, a lucky hand.

Anyways, I'm not usually a Woody Allen fan. I mean, I liked Everyone Says I Love You but that was because it was so fun, so funny and had a wonderful cast that was, well, well-casted. This one looked so different from his usual stuff and the cast was so good that I couldn't resist!

It was kind of slow moving in the beginning. Obviously it's semi necessary to get a grasp on who the characters are but at the same time, felt like it could have been edited a smidge. Also, we didn't have to be repeatedly hit over the head with Chloe and Tom's parents loving Chris and hating Nola.

I did really like the movie though. Interesting analogies and clever ending with the final twist. Aspects of the end were predictable but the end result definitely was surprising..

I liked this movie :) Emily Mortimer is one of my fave actresses and I really enjoyed her performance :P And JRM is such a cute guy :sigh:

I can't really see Kate and JRM being together. Scarlett must have been jumping up and down when she found out she'd be kissing JRM and Kate must've threw a chair

This finally comes out on DVD next Tuesday.... It's playing in theaters in here right now still but since like always, nobody will go see it with me I'll wait a few more days to just buy it.

I can't wait to see this movie. JRM is such a great actor and I really like Woody Allen as a director.

Yeah i think Kate fits in to this part as well...hmm...i think she didn't know who's gonna be the partner for this movie...otherwise she said yes to it! :)

 I know, some people have all the luck.

Scarlett wasnt even going to be in it until Kate Winslet backed out in order to spend more time with her family. Wow I cant imagine Kate in this for some reason :look:.

Oooh sounds like fun. And I  Matthew Goode.

At the very least, it'll have pretty boys to look at.

Well im interested in this film because it a Woody Allen and it has a strong cast. Plus it was shot entirely in London which for a Brit like me is always good. :D.
