Whatever the music is I do wish they would drop this "coming up" rubbish - we're watching Match of the Day, we've seen one match and we know we're about to see all the others, telling us what's coming is just damned annoying.

Speaking of which, does anyone know the tune that used to accompany the 'coming up next' part of MoTD 2 when Adrian Chiles presented it? I can't find a link, but it's a jangly guitar tune, and that's all I can remember!

While we're at it, what's that tune they use for the "goal of the month"? It really annoys me: like that sort of jazz-singing -- think it's called Scat --- that the likes of Mel Torme is fanous for...

It really gets to me. I'd turn the sound off but then I'd miss the commentary! Bring back the Lightning Seeds!!
