Yes, you can get a BBA (Bachelor of Business Administration) before an MBA. Some MBA programmes, however, will accept students without a Bachelors degree and you sort of earn it while earning your masters.
A good MBA or BBA should give you a good overview of the business world and how things work, from a management perspective. You'll learn about hiring/firing staff, accounting and finance, operations management, project management, and so on. It would be a good addition to a pharmacy degree if you ever intend on running or owning a pharmacy (or any other business).
