Masterchef Australia the new one starts today

Well, there was a lot, lot of disappointment when the lift doors opened. Can't blame them.

I always watch the masterclass. It's great to see how seemingly effortless the chefs put the dishes together.
I've tried to recreate the rice pudding with the orange globs.
The rice pudding was easy, but the globs took some time to get right. 't Was a one time only. Not my cuppa tea.
And those organic oranges are hard to come by.


That's not daft. I did the same when I briefly had a German girlfriend.

I too think it was mission impossible.
However given how 'close' some of the celebrity chef challenges have been, I think it was a nice reminder as to just how much of a gap there can be between a good cook and a great chef.

I wasn't really looking forward to this episode but it was brilliant! I am sorta happy with the bottom 2. One of them is very irritating the other I don't mind.

Not too hard for those who have seen the episode to figure out who is who!!
