Is their a government website that list laws and their applicable punishment? Till this point the only way I found out I've committed a serious crime is when I'm looking at the charges in black and white? ie Trespassing Caries 30 days of Imprisonment, Second Degree Assault Carries 15 years. And what constitute the degrees. Do I need a law degree to know right from wrong and what punishment to expect if I choose to do wrong?
And Why are we taught that we are "Innocent until proven guilty" when we are obviously "Guilty until Proven Innocent?"
