Martial art from England,Norway or Scotland?

Hi there

Im Half Scottish/English and Half Norwegian.
And i know this sounds stupid, but i would really like to train in a traditional unarmed martial art from one of those countries. So i was wondering if such an art exists? and are there any such martial arts with weapons?
