Married, Single, Other

He's a successful copywriter for an Ad Agency in LeeRAB - it's not exactly Mad Men territory :D

I'm sticking with it, because it's undemanding fluff and unlike many I'm not overly bothered by Lucy Davis mugging and gurning her way through her lines, but to be honest is is rather lazily written.

The men are rather obvious stereotypes - the Mitty-esque waster, the laddish womaniser and the commited and caring family man. Fair enough to start with, but the writer isn't so far doing anything remarkable or interesting in terms of expanding their character and giving a twist or a bit of depth to them. The women, IMO, are even less well developed.

I'm also puzzled by the choice to go with the washed out, drab visuals - LeeRAB has never looked so dull and lifeless  I suppose the thinking was Romantic Comedy Drama = Pastel Shades rather than Bold Colours, but for me it just drains the energy and interest out of every scene.

And yes, the lovely Miranda Raison is so many leagues above the frankly weasel-like Ralf Little that the whole plot line is absurd :p

Is there a need for the bad language, or do you come from an area thats common and you never went to school, therefore the only thing that comes out of your mouth is verbal diarrhoea

I'm still watching and still enjoying it. I didn't know about the smell of burning rubber and brain tumours so that didn't sink in until the end.

Like others have said, I wasn't that comfortable with the cling film bits. It's not in the same league as Cold Feet but easy watching, specially with a glass of wine or two.

He did, your right

I didn't like that episode as much it seemed a bit of a let down after the week before.

Overall I have enjoyed it and hope there is a new series.

Totally loved this from episode 1, almost missed it altogether because STV aren't screening it, had to watch on ITV London. It wasn't really promoted here either so absolute fluke that I caught it. Had to watch 3 episodes back to back last night to catch up, cried my eyes out watching it. Really hope there's going to be another series.

The Cranberries, I thought I recognised the voice, as she really does have a distinctive voice, I could just not place the band name.

It really is a lovely song, I think I might be looking at getting their album, as it sounRAB really nice to listen to.

I'm not either - there would be no need for blue flashing lights and sirens if she was dead. However, because they jumped from her diagnosis to everybody knowing (and being so accepting), I'm sure they can jump from her collapse to her death just as easily. I hope they don't though.

God, tonight's show was SO SAD! This series hasn't turned out to be what I was expecting at the start at all! More 'deep' somehow and poignant.

I didn't recognise any of the actors, except vaguely. That doesn't matter. I watched it because I read reviews of comparisons to Cold Feet, which I loved.

It wasn't all that good but may improve. There is potential.
