who name is the phone bill in with ur kids on it???

if its his, then ring phone company up telling them he doesnt live at ur address anymore and give them his new address. i done this before, bill in ex name still came to my address, i opened the bill, rang company to give in the new address, i never got another bill from that company and instead everything redirected to ex new address aswel as copy to his parents house.

if everybody in 1bill but have diff phone numbers, then simply ask the company to have u and kids on 1bill sent to u and his phone on dif new bill and addressed to his new address or his new gf address.

all this can be done so ring the company and see what can be done for u and also if have proof of the new phone belong to him on his gf bill then keep copy for proof of his cheating for divorce. and go for maintenance as soon as can

Just found out my husband(cheating-moved out 2 months ago) just got a new cell phone on his new girlfriends plan. How stupid is that? Also I am now responsible for paying all the phone bill which we shared and he still has a year and a half left on his contract, plus the kids are on it to. What am I suppose to do?
 
If the bill is in your name you are responsible for it regardless if he was on the contract or not. If he was the primary name of the bill then he has to pay his contract off. If your name is primary, then get his name off of the bill and pay it or your credit will be ruined.

You and the kids are using the phones so whats the problem.. he managed to find some other woman to pay for his phone,,, he is a user so your better off without him anyways.
