Married and trying to get out of the army barracks.?

Im currently in Camp Humphreys S. Korea. I've been living in the army barracks for about 2 weeks now. Im 26 years old an E-3, married with no children and a morgage payment back in the states. Last week I received a roomate who is 19 years old and there is lots of rooms open in my building. Is there anyway I can get a room by myself? My wife is arriving in korea in March and Im not looking to forward to spending my remaining time with a 19 year old kid.
