marriage at the courts (AZ only)?

Me and my Fiance want to get married in a week or two at the court but they said I need a certified marriagw license so I can change my last name to his. They said there is an extra charge. What is the cost of getting a certified marriage license? Do I have to schedule a time to get married at the court or can we just go in? and Will there be a bunch of people in the court room? I also wanted to know if I could change my first name when I get married and how much that would cost
