okay...so i just received a call from "marketing from sunset group"
i was transferred to 3 different people before i was actually given the chance to talk or ask questions.
when i started to ask who the company was etc. the woman said to me "i will take your questions after i'm done explaining the package to you" to which i replied "well i just have a few questions before we even get into what the package entails" once again she said "i will answer questions after i tell you about the package" so i said "it's really difficult to get you guys to answer any questions huh" in a semi joking manner.........her response "well....i'll make it easy for you" CLICK and she slams the phone down on me.
so ATTN Sunset group.....REAL LEGITIMATE COMPANIES don't refuse to answer questions and REAL LEGITIMATE COMPANIES do not hang up on callers because they are asking questions such as "who are you?" especially when YOU CALLED ME?!?!
Your c*nt of a rep just pissed me off so much that I'm now going to make a point to BAD MOUTH your company on every square inch of the internet (wont be hard since you're all over the BBB and ripoffreport). Glad you felt the need to CALL ME just to hang up in my face and put me in a bad mood.
