My husband And I have decided to get a divorce. I need advice as to what he Can and can not do.
He's military. Moved me to his duty station in GA where I have no family no friends no nothing. I found texts on his phone with him And another girl. I also have texts on my phone from him talking about finding another girl, and how he'll make it to where I can't walk and how he is going to get kicked out of the army for the things he's gonna do to me. So I decided to get a divorce. Now here's another detail...I am a felon on probation. I cannot be around firearms, he has guns the house...so I have not been coming home to keep myself safe from going to jail. Now because of that he took my car away. The police were called and he was forces to leave me with one vehicle. So I have the truck that his father gave him. Can he force me to give it back so he can sell it in order to keep me from winning a vehicle in the divorce? What can I do to prevent him from winning both vehicles in this divorce?
